     Fatty acid methyl ester

脂肪酸甲酯由脂肪酸甲基化生成，生物柴油主要由脂肪酸甲酯组成。

Fatty acid methyl ester is formed by methylation of fatty acid, and biodiesel is mainly composed of fatty acid methyl ester.

脂肪酸甲酯为黄色澄清透明液体（精馏后为无色），具有一种温和的、特有的气味，结构稳定，没有腐蚀性。

Fatty acid methyl ester is a yellow clear liquid (colorless after distillation), has a mild, characteristic odor, stable structure, and is not corrosive. 

广泛用于合成高级表面活性剂，用作高级润滑油和燃料的添加剂、乳化剂制品、 香料的溶剂等。

Widely used in the synthesis of advanced surfactants, used as additives for advanced lubricants and fuels, emulsifier products, solvents for spices, etc.

也可用于染料的中间体使用。
